When it happened

What you did about it
And explain how you felt about this experience
MODEL ANSWER:
I’m going to talk about a time when my computer had problems. Last summer, when I was doing my assignment, the whole screen of my computer became black all of a sudden.
I was shocked at first because I didn’t realize what went wrong. I tried my utmost to turn it on and troubleshoot computer hardware but it was not working. I didn’t have a clue about how to fix it. In fact, my computer has encountered a number of minor technical issues, which have impeded my work and writing from time to time. The worst thing was that I had to reinstall and replace the operating system when it was in the middle of a strict national lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so no computer service centres were open. This was the worst occasion because it took me quite a while to find a service provider who was respectable and trustworthy.
Fortunately, I found a tech professional who was intimately familiar with the internal components of a computer and good at solving computer problems. He told me my computer had a connection issue between the tower and the screen. I paid him to get it fixed, and the maintenance service was quite costly. But it was worth it, as my laptop ran very smoothly and efficiently after this repair. I was over the moon when my laptop functioned properly again.
This computer problem was a real pain in the neck. I was flustered and stressed out with technological and technical issues that are not immediately solvable without asking for help.
